Yes, the reiki comes from the eternal and universal. And you can use it to re-energize yourself. The Mistress was talking once about those very same cold and hot forms of kundalini you are noticing right now. I always re-pump with a couple of rounds of Cho Ku Reis, when I get drained, and accidentally draw too much from myself. No, they're not all the same l.p. Some people are disconnected from the universal. A reiki master was telling me once that such people die young, when they draw on their own power.
