:)) Useful synchronicity! ;) That's what is so great about this list. :))

Yeah, breath exercises are extremely powerful. I remember when I was a child
playing with spinning and holding the breath. As I recall it made one faint.
 

As for holding the breath and using locks at the same time, I recently (march
15th) had a K "understanding" exactly about this--The gist of it was that
using locks while concentrated breathing is a very quick access to bliss states
(at least for me) and beyond. (satori). It was a bit too powerful, though.
Perhaps you are entering samadhi states without being aware of it.
