just stay with your feelings, and stay with your
detached analysis. there are times, when one is fully
involved in the illusion of life on earth, at other
times, there is a strange detachment.
just observe either without judgement.
also, sometimes, just as u might feel, it gets too
much. do regular things as per your needs, while
eating, just eat, enjoy the food with all senses, smell
sight, taste, touch....
while walking, just be. while crying, just release.
i have seen that crying at times, or any emotion,
after being fully experienced, tries to linger around
longer...with the nagging feeling that now it borders
on self pity, or other artificial holdin ons,
that is just our own self, that suddenly realises that
the emotion was just an illusiuon, needed to be
experienced fully but after which is just
non-existent...so the numbness is percieved witth fear
as not being alive and we try to linger longer with
the emotion...
but the numbness will lead to a g=higher fulfilled
involvement with the maya or the illusion, but with a
detachment...meaning, you will be both the experience
and the creation of that....
more later...this mail helped me sort out some of my
own thoughts...
thats all for now.
