Hi Seth,
I became very aware of the solar plexus during my K
rising. When the solar plexus is relaxed then the
heart chakra can truly open - so just part of the
process of becoming whole. One great thing is to
simply take a deep breath and let out a audible sigh-
a big one.

There are other techniques for working with the solar
plexus that were discussed on this site not too long
ago with some great information.

Ask your solar plexus what it needs.
