Dear Morgan,

Yeah! It's pretty hard at first to adjust to the newness of all the various
aspects of k energy. Not being able sleep well is troublesome. I still wake
up several times a night--but happily I return to sleep fairly easily.

A change in dream content is pretty common. I call them K dreams. Feeling
spacey is usual, also, if that is what the dizziness feels like--hard to
tell--but good that you are getting it checked out. The heat flashes are as you
know, one of K's most common symptoms.

You might check into some of Mystress's suggestions at
www.kundalini-teacher.com this link might be particularly helpful.

and

The www.kundalini-gateway.org site is also full of info--as are the archives.

You sound as though you are handling it all pretty well, on the whole,
though. Most of us go through a period of discomfort of various sorts. Doing
stretching excercises might help with the kriyas. Naps with the sleeplessness.

Don't hesitate to keep asking questions. That's what we are here for!

Love, Hillary

I'm also going to the doc today just to rule out a possible ear
infection. I don't have pain, but that could explain the dizziness if
it's not actually K. Good to be sure, I think.

Thanks.
