As nice as it was, though, I'd rather have the spiritual benefits
rather than the body rushes. Any idea how to do that, or does it just
happen on it's own eventually?

Wow, very interesting. My crown was really tingling while reading
that. What does that mean, anyway? It seems whenever I read spiritual
material my scalp crawls. Really weird.

I would really like to experience some of the spiritual benefits of
Kundalini. Is there a way to do this? Does my lack of them right now
mean that the K has not yet cleared out all the chakras?

And one more question.... For the last week, my husband has been
telling me that I'm having weird breathing patterns in my sleep, which
sound like I'm having a mild nightmare, and then it goes away after a
few seconds. Then yesterday I became aware of this myself when I took
a nap after becoming suddenly incredibly tired. I went into a light
sleep for about 20 minutes, during which time I remember having mild
panic attacks (at least they felt like panic attacks) in my sleep about
4 separate times. Each time I stayed in my light sleep state, but my
breathing became extremely fast and I felt a bit afraid, but I also
knew that it would pass in a few seconds and I could return to my nap!
I have NEVER experienced, or even heard of, anything like this!

Any ideas out there? What was that? Anyone else experience this?

Peace,
Morgan
