Yes, there are many Kundalini Masters, Gurus, Rishis, etc in India.

Go to Old Delhi. Find the 84-Bell Temple in the SitaRam Bazaar area.
Ask for Himalayan Yoga-Maha-Rishi Swami Dev Murti Ji. He is a very high
master. As well as Sanskrit, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, etc, He also speaks
English and German very well.
