Hi,
I'm a new member to the list. I'm so glad I found the Kudalini Gateway site, pehaps the is hope for me after all!
I've been extrememly ill for several years now. It started when I returned to college in '91. Things were mild at first, I began experiencing sleep paralasys, and going from states of feeling blissful to feeling really uncomfortable in my own skin. After a few years it started getting really bad - severe electrical shock sensations keeping me from falling asleep at night, panick attacks, muscle and joint pain, fatigue - and the list goes on. The doctors told me it was all in my head until '97 when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
Now here I am in 2003 and still sick all the time. I can't work and barely function as a human being. I have 2 sons who are 15 & 17, my main concern in life is just to stay functioning enough to be a mom to them to get them through school and show them how to be loving and independent. Most of the time I feel like once they are on their own, there's no reason for me to be here on this planet anymore.
If this is a kundalini awakening, can it really last this long? What can I do to become whole again? I so desperately miss doing the little things I used to do like taking a walk in the park, going shopping... Any advice appreciated!
