hi everyone,
i am glad i have found a site that helps me understand what has been happening to me in the past few month.I am growing with soo many questions, i feal like i could just bust at times...My name is kathy, I live in a small Alabama town ware nothing much is new and people dont talk much about things that are to hard to handle.. I sometimes live a stressfull life..during one of those periods a friend introduced me to grounding , she is native American and asked me to think of my self as a tree, i couldn't, i decided to ground my self to the earth by a shaft of light coming from my body.. it was the only thing that came to mind and i really didn't think anything of it , so i practiced for a while...then one day in the afternoon i became very weary and layed down...I felt a creeping of heat starting at my tail bone slowly moving up my spine, i lay motionless thinking i must have hurt myself somehow, i was in amazement, i just layed there and felt the heat, like fire moving slowly, like
 fingers moving forward till it reached my neck,it seamed to cover my head like a fog,i must have been half a sleep and a wake, when it passed, i was OK,,, nothing damaged..with in the month that have passed i have experienced migraines, iv gone to the doctors to get med for those ones, never before have i had one that i needed a doctor,.sever cramping in my right shoulder, moments of eve lated bliss as if all were one and in harmony,and par normal, spiritual experiences, eye opening experiences about my self and the world that is seemly around us..at times I'm excited and other times perplexed
