Hi Martin:

Welcome to the list. The energy of your posts is
simply lovely. This is a good place to be. Here you
will find an incredible set of archives that discuss
anything and everything about Kundalini.

The list Mystress is truly remarkable and there are
many others on this list who understand exactly what
you describe.

If you neeeded any more confirmation of what you
experienced, you might want to read Eckhart Tolle--the
Power of Now, not because you need the
information--your post basically says it all--but
simply for the confirmation.
 
I wouldn't worry about the grammar or typos or
whatever. People from this list come from all over the
world and often post with English as their second
language but the energy of the posts speaks far louder
than the words, however they are written.
