Hi,

I am new to the list. I have been praticing taoist internal alchemy for the past two years and K gently awoke about a year ago. A month ago I had an experience where energy came at night and was an extremely intense blissful orgasmic waves throughout my body. I would assume that this was what is sometimes refered to as Shiva and Shatki ??? Later that week I found out a friend had the same experience. I hadn't seen her for a week. She had the experience a week before mine. Anyway, we noticed that when we talked together that we both had noticed the energy returning. Sometimes it would end up in the full blown waves hours after as it continued to grow.

Other times we notice a very smooth energy. I have felt like I was going to die a number of times.

My question is, is this a typical thing to have happen. Has anyone experienced this before with regard to two people setting this off in one another?

Now when I am with my friend, I notice that my solar plexus starts pulsing. I read on the site that this is related to your internal warning system. Does this mean I should be distancing myself from my friend?

I am very confused about what is going on and any insight or sharing of experience in this respect would be much appreciated.
