Dear Dyvinity,

Well, fighting the energy is generally *not* a good idea! :))

Most of the problems we see coming up on the list stem from either fearing
the energy (fear of loss of physical or mental control), or from discomfort when
the force of the energy gets "stuck" and doesn't want to move freely. I
certainly see the energy as a positive force, but it can be tough on those who
don't see it that way.

Not at all weird! :)) Many people on the list see auras. See the poll we
did on the subject in Dec 1999.

People also can learn techniques that enable them to see auras. I'd be
interested in hearing what you see.

Mine generally jumps from perineum to brain and then circulates back
down--more diffuse. But I also feel energy coming out of my hands. Amazing stuff!
