dear Nina,
I think so! I'm going back from two intensive weeks of Iyengar yoga. In the
first week, the intermediate one, I had the time during the practise, to
feel my k working. In the second week, advanced, the practise was so strong
and hard that "my K" (sorry for this expression, only to be understood),
afraid, retired in herself and since this (two weeks ago), I've not felt her
yet. Now, very slowly, K-feelings begin again to happen when I practise
asanas and pranayama, after minimun half an hour of practise, while before
this intensive course this happened in the first asana...or without
practising at all. But I think I have to be grateful with Iyengar Yoga
because, thanks it, I am here now, writing to you and all over friends of
k-list.
I agree with you and I think that the connection between asanas and
K-awakening has to be thought deeply and I don't know a teaching better than
Iyengar's one, according Patanjalin's sutras.
Love
Emanuela
