        Hola!

First af all. Thanks for your answer.

>exercise/breathing/meditation/philosophy/etc/Etc/ETC). In Hatha Yoga
>there are classically 84,00,000 asanas (try those spontaneously!) that
>were "demonstrated by Shiva at the beginning of Time". There are
>84,00,000 (84 hundred thousand) forms of yoga, ie one corresponding to

>are covered!!!

Well, right now I can spend from one to three hours a day making
spontaneous exercises that are constantly evolving. I have gone thorugh
breath exercises, mandible exercises, spine exercises, hair massages ...
everyday there is something new. The rest of the time that I?m vacant.
Reading a book or wacthing tv or after going out of bed. I?m usually making
energy massages to all of the parts of my body.

Six months ago, when everything started I made a list ( this is only
from January to March).
Lungs and diaphragm -- They usually practice the exercises when I'm at
bed.

                        - Inflating and deflating filling all the capacity
                        - Crossing the arms over the chest and inflating ( it helps filling the
part
                        of the abdomen)
                      - Making massages with the abdominal muscles to the diaphragm.
                    - Inflating the top part, later the medium and finally the
abdominal part. - Inflating specially at the back part, helping
the spine recover his
                        position.

Mandible -- All the movements were for the recovery of the
mandible after all the tension that had released through it. These
movements could go for hours.

                    - Open totally
                  - Moving the lower part to both sides, totally.
                        - Moving the lower part to the front and placing the teeth at their good
position ( The last lower teeth at the same position as the last upper
                        teeth).
                        - Open and contracting ( closing the mandible joint who opens
                        because of the tension).
                   - Using the mandible to pull the nadirs up.
                   - Stretching the lips over the mandible helping it to
move to the natural
                        position.
Hair -- If you just observe people who have a natural behavior
you'll notice they scratch the hair from time to time. They are freeing
blockages continually. When this movement is suppressed or disappears for
whatever reasons , the hair start to block daily. These movements could last
a long, long time. I had to stop the massages because my arms were
exhausted.

                         - Hair skin massage.
                         - Scratching the skin ( this is quite painful)
                         - Hair massages

Gravity -- The body and all his functioning needs to be
perfectly tuned with the force of gravity. In a sense is that force that
makes us as we are.

                           - Balancing to the sides until is found the point
were we lose the
equilibrium ( standing or on the knees)

Flexibility -- all kinds of flexibility movements

                   Standing --

-Dances, like shaking the body but moving around.
                        - Shoulders movements, spinning, up and down ...
everything.
                        - Bending over the spine
                        - Little jumps over the ending parts of the feet.
                        - Deep breaths followed by energetic movements of
the arms.
                        - Fast running on the place.
                        - Neck moving around
                        - Opening legs and forcing.
                        - Bending the legs and opening.
                        - Trying to put myself on my arms with my legs up

                    - Moving the thorax from side to side (it produces a
sound like air going
                          out and in).
                  On the floor --

                        - Cross legged bending over the spine with the arms
extended
                        - Seated with my legs bended and my feet
encountering taking my
feet and pushing them towards me
                        - Seated with my legs extended bending over the
spine
                        - Seated with my legs separated bending over the
spine first towards
                                one foot, later to another.
                        - Lying on the floor, face up, bending the legs.
                        - And much more ...

Spine -- the exercises of the spine started the last of
everything

                         - On the bed, face down making slowly movements
with the base of the spine.
                        - With the lungs, inflating them strongly helping
the spine to position.
                        - Standing, moving the spine around.
                        - Moving the shoulder blades.
                        - On the floor upon the four extremities moving the
spine.
                        - Little spasms at the base, like helping the fluid
to go up.
                        - Spasms who moves all the head, specially vibrating
at the base of the
                                head.

Skin -- I had forgotten about taking care of my skin.

                        - Looking every centimeter of skin looking for
blockages.
                        - Scratching part of skin who were rigid due rigid
ness of the muscles
behind ( there was a massage to the muscle too).

Eyes -- There's a lot about the eyes.

                        - Scratching them with the first part of the
fingers.
                        - Scratching the end at the base of the nose.
                        - Blinking a lot.
                        - Moving the eyes around in all directions.
                        - Massaging the temples.
                        - Opening a lot.
                        - Closing the eyes and visualizing images ( here I
sensed what was the
                                psychic eye)

Teeth -- There is only one thing about the teeth, but it is
surprising. The
teeth rub together producing a lot of saliva with a special taste. After
that I could be half an hour or more just moving it through the teeth.
The prehistoric teeth cleaner.

Cranium -- The head can store a long, long quantity of
tension.

-There were sometimes, some movements of the
mandible who
                                activated the cranium plaques.
                        - Moving the eyebrow up and down.
                        - The massages of the hair, were too for the
cranium.
                        - Most of the months I passed releasing tension it
was flowing from the brain.

>[Bhavin Desai] The main points at which most Western people become
>interested in Kundalini is when either something has gone wrong (eg a
>bad awakening) and they just want to *fix* it, or when something happens
>that cannot be explained (eg Kundalini activity and the related
>symptoms) and they are *curious* about it. Most are not interested in
>the underlying theory/systems/methods/rationale/logic/philosophy/etc.
>This is my general experience, although there are a few exceptions
>(mostly but not necessarily all academic).

In my own experience. Something happened that was really wonderful
and is solving all my problems. When I started to look for information I
wanted to now if there were more people experiencing it, if somebody knew
about it.

I?m interested in Hinduism the same as I am interested in Taoism ,
Sufism , Christian Mystics, romantics etc ...

>[Bhavin Desai] From one of my posts to this list on 11 April 2003:

:)). I think some people would have liked to have the posibilitie to
talk about his experiences like you had.

>process. You would be surprised about Swami Ji, what he has done, who
>he has taught, and so many other things. If you went to meet him then
>you would never want to leave.

        :)). I?m sure.

>[Bhavin Desai] If your path is "absolutely intuitive" then why are you
>asking about scientific research? It seems a bit inconsistent.

When I say "absolutely intuitive" I mean that I don?t do nothing for
my completing process. I just let everything unfold. Scientist information
doesn?t serve me for creation or development, but it serves me to make a
clearer picture and specially to now what are the posibilities of the
habilities that are developing.

For example. My sensitivity with life force, I now it has come from a
higher level of harmony, that has come from listening to my body and
trusting my feelings, that has come from just let everything happen
spontaneously. And not from long and debilitating exercises as Qi Gong
masters do. But, the effect is the same, and I can learn from their
experience.

It gives me more confidence too, to know that my intuitions and ideas
are shared by more people. And all these recolection of information helps me
to make an accurate vocabulary with wich I can explain my experience to
other people showing more consistency. For friends and family to have some
scientist "explanations" behind you helps.

>[Bhavin Desai] If someone is "naturally gifted", eg in maths, it does
>not necessarily mean that a maths teacher or guide is not required.
>Similarly, even though your path is "absolutely intuitive" it does not
>mean that you would not benefit greatly from a systematic exposition of
>Yoga and Kundalini.

:)). I have studied maths at the university too ( I mean
Mathemathics career ). If you have a good teacher you?ll learn one hundred
times faster.

At a certain time It would have been a great help to find a
teacher or someone who could have guided me. But that is not easy when 99.9%
of the people are lost and only say things that make confusion bigger and
you are disoriented and incapable of recognice a true mentor.

I would like to add, that when someone explain you a mathemathic
problem you solve it faster and understand it easier. But when you alone are
able to solve that problem is when you reach a real deep, deep understanding
of that problem.
