I've had an embarassing and strange mental problem, although it's more like
a wound that i've been carrying and I can't let go of it. It's hard to
describe it because I feel a little embarassed.

I feel so unsure about the future sometimes that I have this silly habit of
continually looking at the clock, and if the clock has certain numbers on
it, then my question is answered. I may say to myself, will this happen,
look at the clock and if a certain numbers comes up, then my answer has been
answered. I don't really understand quite how this started, only that i've
been doing it for far too long and it's driving me nuts. I read about this
many years ago, but can't find reference to it or the condition I have or
how to solve it.

I suppose many people have these things when the Kundalini becomes active?
