Dear RK,

When I first started to meditate I never ended the meditation simply because
I couldn't stay awake. But now, after only meditating a few minutes, I
begin to go into the hypnogogic state. I don't believe this is full
awareness, so I end the meditation. This could be too, that I am simply
over-tired these days and need to sleep, I don't know.

I went to the site you listed but couldn't find what you're talking about.
Could you please give a direct link or where I can find your referenced
material? Thanks!

Hety

Please see the website 'www.nonduality.com/shankar.htm'
This contains the method to be followed for overcoming sleep during
self-enquiry
The method was propounded by Satguru Sri Sadhu Aum

Thanks and kind regards
RK Shankar
