Subject: [K-list] Is manipulating energy (Qi) expensive for the body?

     Hola!

I have seen some Chi Gung masters get very weak after
healing sessions almost to the point of collapse.
Energy exchange from high concentration to low
concentration is a natural physical principle.

Thanks for the information is very interisting. :)

The key is to be grounded and use the second chakra
and breathing to bring chi back in as it is everywhere
and in all things. And in unlimited supply. In other
words, we must be adept at renewal.

I just go through an intuitive path. Don?t follow rules or patterns. Anyway
thanks for the advice is always useful for observing coincidences.
