I was exercising everyday but now since my k. has began. I do not seem to
have the energy to do so. If I do I feel really worn out in my head and
body. Is this a normal thing that happens?

Thanks , Sean

Hi Sean. Are you over exerting yourself?
Are you doing a form of exercise that you enjoy?

Do you replenish the carbs you've spent
within 1 hour after exercise?

Also, do you exercise too close to the time you go to sleep?

One easy way to check if you're overtraining
is to check your heart rate immediately upon waking
before you get up.

If you notice it going up over a week
you are likely overtraining.

Finally, is something stressing you lately?
(money issues, etc.)

Just some things to ask yourself...
David
