   Hola!

Through this last five months I?ve making a variety of exercieses and
there is one that has
repeated just from the start and that has awaken my curiosity. I still can?t
make it correctly
but each day I?m nearer.

This the final position ... the hands on the floor, the arms slighly
blended and all the
weight of the body over them. The legs are blend and quite open so they push
against the elbows.
As I have read it is called the frog position. The extension would be to
extend all the body over
your arms.

Does anyone knows something about this position? What is the
traditional meaning?

           thanx.
