wonderful! i'm glad it was helpful...

actually, my technique is to focus just above the blocked chakra, which may
be along along the sushuma, and not always quite as high as the next
chakra... it's a matter of feeling for the right spot... but i suppose your
martial arts analogy applies well either way, as the spot is behind the
target...

in my view, the Great Master may express through a person, or may express in
other ways, through the many synchronicities that stand right in front of
your face... so the Great Master is always present, and need not be hard to
find...

actually, i feel that it arises from the Heart Chakra being lit up by
Shakti... and in this way, i find myself gratefully and abundantly
