the tricky thing is, I have not much reason to suspect that my kundalini
should be very much awakned at the present time. Is it possible that it is
either moving very slowly or just paused at the moment?

Dear Emil,

Yes! It seems that K can slow down/pause for various reasons. Perhaps the
work of clearing blocks has been done for the time being. ;) I've found that
stress or illness can also sometimes cause a decrease of K energy.

Sometimes the quietness can be a relief--and other times it can be
disturbing--some of us at times worry that the spirit might have left us. It
never does, of course! But this pause sometimes makes us doubt the
experience ever really occurred!

Love, Hillary
