Since the Sunday workshop I always like to encourage people who are
awakening to spend as much time in the presence of Shakti Kundalini.
Since I can´t be with everyone I offer something quite different… a non
local satsang…a meeting in Spirit.
One of the things I like to do from time to time is create an
opportunity to share something special, Shakti Kundalini.
How that is done is we choose a time to meet in meditation, but this
meditation is not done at any specific location. We don't have to meet
physically as a group. We only have to set the intent to meet in spirit
at a specific time and it happens just as if we were sitting in a room
together.
There are no boundaries of distance and time in the realm of
consciousness. This meditation is a way to experience this.
No meditation experience is necessary...just bring an open and non
judgmental mind. Sit in a quiet place, eyes closed,
Allow for a half hour and allow the energy to meditate you. You might
like to play some appropriate music...anything from say, Deva Premal to
some whom I know play industrial rock. What the deciding factor to play
is whether it opens your heart or not.
What I do is open myself to the Essence of Shakti Kundalini, the Divine
Feminine, and it flows through me to others. The magical thing is one
does not have to present in the room with me to benefit.
For those who have participated with me in person this is a nice 'tune
up'. Those of you who have participated with me from a distance will
also receive great benefit as you have shared with me before.
The meditation will last for a half hour. Please ground yourself before
you start. We don't want you to fly off the planet and not be able to
find your way back.
Who will join me in meditation that night? I have notified about a 1000
other people around the world of the meditation so we should have quite
a playful and loving time.
