When you are a man your "cycles" are different than a woman. It appears that
women seem more like victims of their cycle, as if it were not a part of
their consciousness, as if it was out of their control. As a man, it appears
to me that my "cycles" of kundalini, well, truthfully, the only "cycles" I
experience are the cycles I create myself. I'm fully conscious of my thoughts
and the energy they create, henceforth, the changing energy I experience
people might refer to as "cycles".
Honestly I think men and women are the same, two sides of the same coin and
that oneness is the goal between them,
It appears like woman speak of their cycles as something happening TO them
rather than it THEY who ARE the cycle itself. Ever thought about that?

It does seem that some women speak of their cycles as something happening to them rather than as "they who are the cycle itself". Yes, some women see themselves as victims of their cycles.

Allow me to say that a woman's cycle is not "of her control" unless she is an advanced yogini, any more than the moon's orbit is of her control. I would wager to say that the deep cycles of your body, as a man, are not "of your control", either. There is a difference between controlling "I think I'll eat meat for five years and then no meat for five" and controlling the intricacies of psycho-physiological being.

We are, even and especially as flesh and blood, manifestations of energy. Matter is energy. A cycle is energy moving in a detectable pattern. This is superficial. There is a system much deeper of which 'cycles' are only a symptom. Control of said cycles is a laughable proposal. Being aware of said cycles is not.

best,

Nina
