Dear Dean and Anyone Else Following this Thread,

Ok :)

Sure they do, and I was fully aware that I was speaking from a place of
duality, caught-up in the world of good and bad when I wrote that. *shrug*
What can I say? I exist on many levels, and at the lower ones the word
"surrender" is repulsive to me. I don't like the words "moist" and "creamy"
either.

Ok, I think I understand the context of your comments better now.
>>Is it a conincidence that the initials for belief system are B.S.?

>Pardon my ignorance, but what does B.S. mean?

Bull Shit. :)
>>attributes, and limitations on God? I'm not sure what you're trying
>>to say here, but I don't think you're going to there thru mere logic
>>and the rational part of the mind. This just leads one into circles

A paradox maybe, but I don't see the contradiction. There's a Zen saying,
"Open mouth, make a mistake". Yet words, albeit imperfect, are necessary to
convey meaning and point direction. Similarly, God can't be known by trying
to figure Him out or by trying conceptualize Him, but in order to have any
sort discussion, we have to use words and concepts.

I'm not trying to be condescending or pedantic toward you either. I realize
you know most of this stuff -- and like your stated intentions, I just hope
the list members derive some value from our exchange.
>Thanks Ken, actually, your conceptual views are always high on my
>list. (-:

Was that a backhanded compliment? hahahaha
>Peacefulness gone,

What is all this talk about "disappearing" and "gone" and stuff? I'm hoping
you'll stay and engage me a little. But... do what ya gotta do.

Peace,

ken
