I, One Man Alone, have been practicing focusing energy into specific parts for actually a long time, and I've been trying to note differences in activity. Now that you mention the dream thing, for like the last year or so since I started the focusing thing my dreams have slowly begun to feel more real with each week, and sometimes I would get very confused as to whether I was awake yet or still dreaming. Not too long ago, my family and I took a trip to London for the weekend and on Sunday when I was waking up I had several "scenarios" playout of me waking up and doing my usual routines that felt real. I kept asking myself if I was a awake yet. I could only tell the difference when something strange would happen like I look out the window and there's no buildings(Buildings don't usually disappear, which makes it much more standout-ish) in sight or something little like I call someone by my name, my dream me doesn't notice it but I do, so I know to wake up. It's really weird and a bit interesting. I like to play around with it sometimes, like make my own scenarios. Kind of like a top-of-the-line virtual reality machine. Anyway, the only noticeable difference for me is a desire to do something with whatever I focus on. If I focus on my feet, my feet get energetic and I take a walk. If I focus on my hand, I do some digging in the back yard(we've been doing garden work here. I like the hard work involved, and yes I like the scent of flowers, but I'm not a pansy! :D). When I focus on my head, I get almost tangible dreams. When I focus on my back, I feel stronger, faster, and lighter. I'm still trying to figure out any other differences aside from the already noted by common knowledge. Been doing it a year(though I've been K active for about 10 years now, only about a year and a half ago did I start my search to find out what it was.) and it's still quite confusing. I'll keep working, but has anyone else noted differences? Not sure if I'm talking about the same thing, but if I'm not, tell me what I AM talking about. :D
