Dear K,

Ah yes! :)) I don't get the chills (mostly heat in my case) but many others do. These waves of energy are typical for K active people. They are called Kriyas, and it is simply Kundalini energy working on the body. It can be uncomfortable or pleasurable, but simply try to relax and let the energy do it's thing.

The sounds you experience--such as a roaring sound building to a crescendo are also classic symptoms!

Welcome to the K list! :))

Love, Hillary
