Dear Dean,

I'm not sure what you mean by a conscious dream. :) My mystical voice experiences come at night waking me from sleep. So it's hard to tell how awake I am when the "understandings" come. They are certainly not regular dreams. They seem to come from a place in the brain not ordinarily accessible to "me."

Isn't this separating ourselves from others? If we presume everyone is "there" at some level of consciousness, where does the sadness come from? My presumption is that everyone is awakened--that's one of the cosmic jokes.
