I feel like I've been losing contact with the list for a while - not contributing, not reading much... it's funny how you get stagnant periods - I've been feeling at a low ebb for a few months now - I can identify with Shelle's creative crises - I too am a scriptwriter who just can't write at the moment. Synchronicity has gone really quiet, the energies are at very low ebb and I cant' seem to get a grip on anything.

I'd welcome advice on a health issue - I've written a number of time about tingling, pins and needles - which I've experienced a lot and always put down to the energies. Over the last ten years I've been occasionally struck with this weird MS/CFS type thing - though it's never been diagnosed as such. Extreme lethargy, muscle fatigue, weird feelings in muscles eg pins and needles. It's hit me recently following a very bad cold - a new 'symptom' is feeling that my muscles are 'itching', particularly the palms of my hands - like I have to scratch them. It doesn't last long and seems to strike at night at the same moments the energies kick in so I hope it's linked.

I've had various blood tests over the years but nothing ever showed. I'll go to doctor if it doesn't clear up - does anyone have any similar experience?
