Hello rita!

Know what you mean, all the drama that folk want to engage.
One friend wants me to hate Wal-Mart AT_NOSPAM hah!
Join this cause or that. Sure, some causes are worthwhile.
But, why do some peace marches turn ugly?
Peace ain't easy.

Like you, I just live in a more or less simple way.
No great dramatic causes no guilt trips no one to dominate - stuff llike that.
Chocolate is good - yum!

Guilt is such an odd thing, I think. Especially when guilt is tied in with emotion.
Feelings of personal worthlessness and general all around ickyness, what a trip!
Heck some religions tell you right off the go you screwed up - you were born.
Sheesh what a stoopid thing to do but, hey, that's ok because God has such a deal for you.
So all one needs is to follow the one true path.

And I just ask for the Path Of The Day special down at the Karma Kaffee.
Today it is Happy Cow Butt - bovine flavored tofu treats and a Shan-gra-lala Salad.
Hot Buttered Buddha Buns and Creamed Illusion Pie for desert.

Doesn't it seem that people really enjoy guilt? I mean why else make such an effort to share
guilt and get everybody feeling so darn low? hooie and poo poo i say no need to feel bad
it is just something you can do.

But then again, it is good to have some sort of moral compass.

Otherwise one finds oneself hanging out at the Karma Kaffee having a platter of Deep Fried
Regrets; washing it all down with a cuppa Bitter Memories. Well, who wants that? Not I!

Oh, and doesn't it sometimes seem that those who try to help you by pestering you over, well, over whatever, haven't come face to face with their own whatevers? That is not an altogether uncommon scenario.

The Skeptics Prayer

Lord, let me hangout with the foolish and the childlike,
the drunks, and the ne'er-do-wells, the tough kids,
the laughing kids.

With these one knows where one stands.

Lord, preserve me and hide me from the pure and the righteous for
one never knows what evils they will do.
The jerks.
<grin>
