There's been a lot of stuff that's happened to my heart in the last 6 weeks

relate to this? Any ideas on how to get ride of it?

I read somewhere that some people have had heart attack symptoms because of
their Kundalini.

Dear Pierre,

You have been experiencing some tragedy, no? I'm very sorry to know it. The heart pain is...heart pain. I reduced it down to one phrase: 'My heart is broken.' Yes, I experienced terrible symptoms of A-Fib (atrial fibrulation) and heart palpitations knowing full well I have a heart murmur too. This was all due to the death of Mi Cielo -- my Skye. I seriously cried for two months straight. This is NOT good for K hearts! This isn't good for any hearts. Personally, I couldn't and still can't accept her death. Almost ninety days now...the soul will be leaving for good...on January 7th she's no longer accepting responsibility for my tears and pain -- she's free to go. This is SO hard for me; I love/d her so much.

Pierre, the only advice I have is this, because it worked for me: Since you're not a woman, black cohash won't work for you! ;-) But please try some heart herbs. Solaray, Natures Way, etc., has some great combo's available. I've taken these since October and I feel better. Also -- calm down! I know it's easy to say and hard to do. If you are dealing with death or separation, you need to realize that you have to calm down for yourself. Emotional over-exertion is not benefiting anyone. Thirdly, WALK. Take your mind off of the situation, even if you break out in spontaneous tears. Just walk.

Everyone told me to see a doctor (and pay mucho dinero for knowing what I already know). However, Pierre, if you're experiencing PAIN on a consistent basis, I wouldn't chance it. See a cardiologist just to know something isn't amiss. I didn't? Because my gut told me I had a broken heart. My symptoms have passed, however, because I didn't allow myself to 'drown' in my pain. Is/was the pain real? Who knows.

Please take care of yourself...

Much love,

Hety
