Dear Rachel, List,

I suspect this depends a good deal on the person. I have continued to drink
tea, coffee and wine throughout my K process, and it doesn't seem to have
affected K or bliss one way or another. I have instinctively avoided
marijuana, though--not sure why! :)). We are all different. Of course I
have never been particularly concerned with the search for enlightenment.
Seems sort of counter productive--chasing after something which is and always
has been with us all along.

Perhaps for those whose body becomes super finely tuned or if these things
represent guilty pleasures, they might become problems. The same thing
applies to the belief that celibacy is a precondition for activating
Kundalini.

Love, HillaryFor others I would guess that it's just the opposite.
Love, Hillary
