Hi Sherri,

Opera singers reportedly shatter crystal wine glasses with their voice as
test of their singing ability.

This is done by finding the correct note to set up a resonance inside the
glass. If your vibratory rate happened to the correct vibrational frequency
for that particular peice of crystal, it is conceivable that you shattered
the crystal with your touch. Meditation will increase your vibrational
frequency and amplitude.
