Hi Susan

Have you heard of the book, "Healing into Life and Death" by Stephen Levine?
It is great - provides lots of wonderful meditations designed for those
dying and those who are witnessing death. He has done a lot of work in the
past with Ram Dass and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. The meditations are
heart-felt. I do them myself, and they are amazingly powerful. The
affirmation that I do quite often is:

May I dwell in the heart (on the in breath)
May I be free from all suffering (on the out breath)
May I be healed (on the in breath)
May I be at peace (on the out breath)

You can change the first two lines to:

May my heart flower
May I know the joy of my own true nature

It must be a special experience for you and your patients. Your patients are
lucky to have you.

Lori
