Welcome Bryce. Nice post. I glean from your introduction that you
and I are of a similar ilk, what someone on another list called
hybrids, half scientist and half mystic perhaps. Therefore, it's
especially good to see you join this group.

a clone has the same DNA as the original, it is not an exact copy in
terms of development. So, a clone of a 12-year-old kid would follow
the same path (egg -> fetus -> infant -> child...) as a normal human.

any mystical experience as "simply brain chemicals" and who regard
spiritual discussion as "gobblygook", "mystic
bullshit", "superstition", etc.

hiatus. Recently, I started getting migraines again, after going
about 25 years without having one (most I related to food
allergies). I think the cause is a combination of the extra energy
from Kriya, combined with lax eating habits (had a particularly
wicked migraine after eating chinese food at a mall -- MSG probably).

Instead of doing Kriya, lately I've been doing zazen instead. It's
less intense than Kriya, and it is devoid of the bhakti aspect
(devotion to the gurus, belief in God, etc.) that was becoming a
turn-off for me.

avoid ad hominem (i.e., personal) attacks.Peace and Love,

Ken
