I'm not sure what you mean by "using" Kundalini. :)) K doesn't usually
respond well to being manipulated!

I don't think it matters how we become K active. It happens when we are
ready whether we use "techniques" for triggering K or whether K rises
"spontaneously." > . Basically, in the last years I have realized we learn

Yeah! :)) It's pretty easy to forget! As I was once "told," "Don't forget
to remember the present!" And as David wrote a while ago:

"Take a simple peek
at your awareness.
It is Divine.
It is God-stuff itself.
Never forget that or trick yourself
into thinking otherwise.
When you forget
use that energy to remember again..."
