Dear Mystress,

I am not in a good way. The energy is burning my nerves. I am taking a mineral suppliment like you said. I tried practicing Yoga and the energy went wild. It just keeps coming and is too intense for my nerves to handle.

I am scared to try you grounding technique incase it makes the energy even more intense. It keeps me up all night with the most intense burning. Today I can hardly use my hands as they are so sore after being burned by the energy.

I have been recommended I do Tummo initation and am in the middle of arranging that.

But, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO !!

Pleae, if you can help.
