This is a particularly worrying manifestation that I've experienced a lot
over the years (in my case pins and needles all over, but especially arms
and legs for up to 3 months at a time) and always rushed off to the doctor
in panic at having MS or sommat like that - I've had blood tests, physio -
even had my neck in traction - nothing ever showed.
