Dear Sherri and everyone,

You are not crazy. And you aren't alone either, we're all here for each
other. It is as real as the piece of furniture right in front of you. I
believe that what we are going through is a transitional phase that
presents itself through differently characterized periods of adaptment
to progressively adjust to different levels of energy. This energy is
like a wild horse running through us and the best we can do about it is
to try to learn to run with it the best we can. It can become
emotionally overwhelming. During this race (a funny comparison that
comes to my mind is like a dog chasing its tail...well, isn't it there
where this sacred energy is seated anyway?...) we may lose our breath at
times and feel the need to pause and catch up with it again a little
later. This can be allowed if we request it as we do still have our free
will in the middle of this wild process, but I guess that the break
would not necessarily come right when we ask for it, it might require
patience at times. I do feel what you're going through and with my
experience with the more physical manifestations of it, I would tend to
suggest you try different forms of meditation than the stationary ones,
although you may very well find these to be of help to you, but in my
case I found that it's in those moments that I too have felt like I was
going nuts when trying to sit still. I guess what I'm saying is that our
best guess might perhaps be to copy the rythm of the energy. What I find
helpful in times like what you're expressing is doing some kind of
stretching or yoga or just letting yourself cut loose and move around in
any crazy way, dance, run, anything. I sometimes feel great relief in
going outside and walking barefoot on the ground in my yard or a park,
breathe deeply and commune with nature. Even walking in the rain if
you're lucky enough like I am tonight and it's raining outside, the
feeling is incredible. Since I find water so calming and soothing in
moments like this, I suggest any contact with it wether it's a swim in
the tub (or even better a pool!) or even soaking you hands (simply
washing dishes can be good!). However, I have found that running water
can be more efficient so a shower could be more effective. If you live
near a river or a lake, this can be a strong support. Especially, once
again, if the water is flowing. It makes sense cause this energy that is
flowing through us is in movement!

I wish you courage and send you strength,

Peace, Love and Light in All,

Julie
