Cool! I've also had similar experiences with animals (particularly
birds) but never been able to understand the why. Sometimes it's just a
feeling of being connected or almost blessed from some greater union,
but I don't really know. Like moving into a higher perspective. Birds
have a high perspective.

I'd be interested to know more about the book.
I feel particuarly connected with certain animals especially Sulphur
crested Lorokeets (not sure of spelling)... I feel guided to protect
them and help them... They are very wise birds and if I sit where they
have been the energy always feels high from the ground. I don't like to
see them in captivity (or any bird to be fair) but more so with these. I
was had an amazing exeprience and saw two courting ... Taking care of
each other in a loving way.. These birds are very awake to me...
I also feel connected to lizards and sometimes I can just focus on them
and they notice me and we kind of share reality's for a bit... They get
a kind of wake up call and look at me with a curious expression of
amusement. Really cool to have a perspective of a lizard. And then
there's the fish they always seem to want to get back home back to the
bigger part of their existence... Okay enough...
This could well be a reflection of me... Probably is... Interesting now
I re-consider this from writing it.

Hmmm... Makes me think of when a flower fades and wills before a new
stem grows out.

Maybe that new stem needs to grow a flower that opens and takes the
energy out of your head... (MAS suggested some time ago about this and
how to imagine you have a flower opening at your crown.)...
I also sometimes think of it is a bath full of water and you have to
reach in and pull the plug out but it can be hard because of the
pressure of the water on it. I actually pull the plug down and in and
then just let it go. Head becomes empty...> I feel that it is no mere coincedence that I found

Lots of synchronicity to me is a sign of spiritual awakening or
following in the right course. I also had a remarkable set of
experiences up to the point of awakening and I think many others too.

Too much change can cause a lot of fear or anxiety and a loss of who you
thought you were... If you can trust and not think about things it may
help... Things tend to settle out again after a bit but you may find
yourself living life from a different level.

I find sometimes it's good to keep my attention within my self. I very
easily pick up on other peoples dramas and end up taking them on if I'm
not careful. Sometimes people avoid me because I tend to press on their
'stuff' if I put my attention on them... It sometimes help if I focus on
a heart connection and not on their whole space... I think it's a
by-product of looking in on myself and clearing my own stuff.. As soon
as I put my attention on someone else it goes very quickly to their
'stuff' and I want to clean it... It's probably a bad habit.

Probably not the best place here. But you'll meet some good people who
can talk with you about your experiences.
