Yeah! These bolts used to hit me nightly. The more overwhelming ones are
more infrequent now, but even just last night I bolted awake at 4:30 with a
"powerful surge." It was full moon, after all! :))

Once the energy gets going at night it can wake you at 20 minute intervals.
I've gotten so used to it I simply roll over and go back to sleep after some
yoga like stretches in bed.
