hi all,

i am robby from indonesia, recently i attend a seminar of kundalini
and i got this shaktipat, i understanding a little about kundalini
and there so many thing i want to ask, so if any of you can help
it will be great.

1. what should i do to raising / expanding my energy level?
2. in meditating what should i do ? any form of hand?
3. After few times shaking my hand back and forward,
   than stop it , i can feel energy flowing in my hand,
   is this energy of K??
4. how to transfer my energy, feel others energy , and heal others?
5. is there any way that i will go insane, because opened chakras
   give me ability like having experience my past live ?
