Hi, I hope all are well. I just had a question, actually two. Lately I've been having real trouble meditating and I cannot get very far into it as I have previously. I'm not even sure what happens, not distracted by thoughts just a feeling that I need to all of a sudden move around. It's been really frustraighting. Any suggestions as to what I can do would be greatly appriciated. Also, where I can I find a good mantra meditaion.
Katie (thanks for the web site I will check it out)

If I choose Mantra meditation then within a few minutes I can feel my whole
body vibrating and singing the Mantra. If I choose music then within a few
minutes I will feel merged into the music. The particular choice of Mantra
or music is quite an individual decision, so I will not provide further
details.
