Dear Amy,

My Mums is exactly the same, I can use Western terms like anxiety but as
soon as I start talking of energy she says I sound stupid and blanks me, its
horrible not being able to confined in people you love, but thats why I find
the list so helpful. You get a chance to speak to people who are going
though the same kind of things.
