As a veteran of the veggie wars (LOL!) I can tell you without any doubt that
diet is a personal choice...certainly an important one, but unilateral anything
has gotten the shit kicked out of it here.

And we've heard it all...ayurvedics, fruitarians, strict carnivores,
ovo-lacto-junkies...the works. Check the archives.

No single diet works for everyone. So please....no namecalling, ego projecting,
or other destructive stuff, ok? If anyone would like to discuss diet and K from
a positive, uplifting perspective (e.g. "I do this, and it works for me...what
do you do?"), I invite you to contact me offlist. If there is enough interest,
maybe we'll set up a K-diet list.
