Greetings and Welcome,

Yes, the involuntary muscle spasms are a very common occurence. Some people
refer to them as Kriyas. In martial arts they are referred to as "rocks in
the stream". Divine energy is flowing through your body. It comes to a
place where a thought that is no longer serving your highest good is
stored--a prejudice or preconception on any topic--and proceeds to try to
dislodge it. The "thoughts" are stored in the brain, but they create a soma
in the body as well. So when the thought is dislodged the soma disappears.
But in the meantime the divine energy bounces off of and swirls around the
soma--just like the water of a river flowing around a big rock. When the
rock is disloged then the water can flow smoothly. Fortunately thoughts are
(usually) easier to dislodge than stones. If you surrender to this process
it will take much less time and cause you less discomfort. Then you will be
able to move on a better pace, unencumbered by disharmonious thoughts.

Surrender is often a topic of this list. The ego must surrender to the power
of the divine so that greater understanding can be reached.

Love in each moment,

Jason B
