Hi Gregor,

When I wrote about 'my guides' I ment the invisible helpers from 'the other
world' :) I have never seen them, I don't know their names, but I have
experienced their presence through their help and sometimes there is a small
wave and then I feel a lot of warmth and heartfelt love coming into me...

There have been times that I thought that it was necessary to know their
names, because I thought that that would be more 'spiritual' LOL!

I get help and often just by a 'coincidence' or an 'intuition' or because
someone says something to me.
That's all and for me that's enough for the time being.

If you need advice, I would suggest to ask or pray to whatever image you
consider as 'love'. That might be an image of a 'god' or 'goddess', or
Jesus, or Buddha or the Sun or something else.

Some weeks ago I got some really beautiful stones and minerals from someone.
There was one stone I immediately fell in love with; it looked dark at first
hand, but a closer look showed me the golden waves, the beautiful colours
and shapes of the blue and green spots and the splendour of the silver
sparks on it.
I took it in my hand, felt the energy and I wanted to hold it there for
ever.
So now I am talking to that stone, and the strange thing is, the stone is
talking back :) Giving me real grounded information and understanding!

What is important for me, is, that when I ask something, the answer is never
demanding or threatening, because that's not coming from love.
