For me..being open minded causes K. The more I accept, the more I will feel
it. Ego was a big part of finding K. I lost my ego. That is what died. I
died. My ego's death left my soul feeling confused. Ego was a wall. Hate was
a wall. Not just a block. Not just some mud in the path. Negativity, is a
wall. Walls block you from the energy that is always present.

Smashing Pumpkins almost always stirs up some K. Lots of other music too.
Generally, music that sings about something that I *KNOW* that I fully
understand. Music that really sums up the kind of love that I feel, for
example, really gets me started. It can be about anything too-Listening to
anything I just love..like the wind..sends a little spurt too.
