And Welcome. The shaking and body postures are pretty common for K-active
people. This is not "channeling" as I understand the current definition, but
rather an internal energy of your own seeking to make you more attuned to
divine energy by straightening out your energy channels. In Sanskrit, these
channels are referred to as the Nadis.

Not everyone who is Kundalini-active gets these. As I understand it those
who have progressed further on their personal path of evolution outgrow these
spontaneous movements as children outgrow their baby teeth. Don't get me
wrong....I still get them too, I speak only from hearsay. :^)

Feel free to share any of your experiences with postures, movements,
vocalizations or your philosophies with us.
