  At zenith I often am filled with compassion for others. Why, if I
feel so good and I know how to make others feel good then why
shouldn't I help? Damn it, it's my duty to help. They need me, they
want me.

 It is about now that the zenith recedes, noon time passes, the
shortest shadow. I gave them so much and was given so little. I am
not a bottomless pit, i am not a bottomless pit. I feel sapped, no
more energy, no more compassion, no more love. I should think about
myself more often. If I don't feel on top of my game then how can I
be of help to others.
