You've become quite predictable really. I knew I would receive such a response. Next time don't pass off the opinions of others as your own without crediting the source then try to pass the buck when someone picks you up on it.

Yours in anger and not at all fucking ashamed of it sweetie

In particular, individuals with a predisposition to mental illness may be
susceptible to particularly challenging Kundalini experiences.

Please be careful how you refer to the minds of those with so called 'mental
illness' (itself a misnomer in many cases). The inference you make is we
don't have strong and resilient minds in the first place, and that's a
widely held prejudice I've been challenging my whole life. They don't come
much tougher or resilient than yours truly, believe me.

A predisposition to psychological disturbance has fuck all to do with lack
of 'strength' and 'resilience' (those who've survived 'mental illness' are
the toughest people on the planet to be granted such an ordeal in the first
place, let alone survive it), but a hell of a lot to do with many other
factors you'd do well to wise up on if you want to see yourself fit to pass
    judgement on the subject.

siska - I got that small passage from Kundalini Gateway Site sent from one of the members of the group.
Here is the link.... Kundalini Gateway: Kundalini Mailing List. Kundalini FAQ by Kurt Keutzer.
  It is under the headline
Are these methods of awakening Kundalini dangerous? What about Gopi Krishna's books

Now as you see.... I am not passing judgement and would never do that. This is your own groups web site so if you have any problems
please contact them with the anger and foul language.
